Or an Athlon 700?

Anbody have any benchmarks, so I can guestimate the performance of my new toy?

I can run some on my box, if you want. I don't have a good video card to back it up, but for pure processor power I can run Sandra & such. Just let me know what you want.

TNT2 Vanta 16MB AGP
Voodoo2 SLI

I can run 3DMark 2000, Quake 3, Quake 2, and SiSoft Sandra 2000.

Otherwise, there are reviews out on the 'net that have benchmarks for a CII @ 952...so why bother?

Sandra CPU and Multimedia benchmarks will be useless, since they will be exactly the same as a PIII 953. (E or EB is irrelevant.) Quake 3 is a different story though.

I myself say nope. The bencnmarks ive seen on the celeron II VS the PE-3 showed close but the P3 still took over. Even at that high of a O/C Celeron. Were i seen this i cant remember. They might not of even been accurate. I was just thinking i might be wrong, reason being the P3 could of been a P3 550E O/C to 825 just useing an example here. Running it at 150FSB.
