I actually have one like this, use it all the time..... I use it to charge my cell phone since I have a few cig-car chargers, but have lost all my ac-charger traveling.....

I also use one at work.... when not in use, I get a few "uhm....do you smoke?" or "uhm....smoking isn't allowed inside the building" comments...
