Cigarette burn on leather in car, cost to fix?

I just found a cigarette burn in the leather on the door of my car. Dumb friends, now I have to ask him for money. Anyways, how much to fix this kinda thing?

The only way to really do it right is to replace the entire interior door panel. Price varries based on the car, but it's not cheap.

What you mean deal with it? That guy's gonna pay for it.

I saw some stuff on the tube that was supposed to just brush on and patch up the leather? I'm not too sure it works, probably just a bad theory...but if you look around you could find it if you don't want to go through that...
