Fuck everything about this man. I'm not sure I can do 4 more years of this without tuning out.

Overnight on social media Donald Trump responded to Bishop Budde, the leader of the Episcopal Diocese of Washington, calling on him to show mercy, by saying that “she brought her church into the world of politics in a very ungracious way.”

In a post to his Truth Social network, Trump said:

She brought her church into the World of politics in a very ungracious way. She was nasty in tone, and not compelling or smart.

He added that “the so-called Bishop who spoke at the National Prayer Service on Tuesday morning was a Radical Left hard line Trump hater … she and her church owe the public an apology!”

The Right Rev Mariann Budde had said “There are gay, lesbian and transgender children in Democratic, Republican and independent families, some who fear for their lives. You have felt the providential hand of a loving God. In the name of our God, I ask you to have mercy on the people in our country who are scared now.”

“The sin of empathy”? lol ...Wtf! ...Some kind of new religion altogether.

And here’s how Johnson characterized those words:

Her "radical ideology?'

You mean the true/real teachings of Christ Mike?

I’m amazed that these same people push so hard for the 10 Commandments to appear in public; how do they reconcile to themselves their worship of Donald with “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”…?

Oh, come on, when did Jesus ever preach about mercy? I don't remember any of that, and I've read the Bible at least as many times as the average American Evangelical Christian.

Yeah, I'm not a Christian, but just going based on their lore, it really does seem like they are following the Antichrist in their pursuit of enforcing Christianity on the US.
A lot of Christians would agree with you. Unfortunately they are in the minority and choose to remain silent.

I get that taj is a wretched piece of excrement and a great example of the worst America has to offer, but it's not remotely a stretch to cast Trump in the role of the Antichrist, given how many American Christians literally worship him, view him as "anointed by god", when he's so clearly anathema to the ideals and notions put forth by the alleged messiah of their faith. He stands for greed and revenge and suffering, and placing himself above all others. But do pop off about how pointing this out is "cute" while you're polishing your jackboots, Nazi.

I've posted this link before.

It quotes scripture and behavior of the antichrist.

It's pretty interesting, even if you don't believe in a sky wizard.

LMAO "Antichrist" lol, damn that's just so
cute.
What are you laughing your arse off at here?
The basic concept of the antichrist? If so I agree with you you that that's ridiculous, but hey, that's Christianity for you!
If you accept Christianity as a concept then Trump actually fits the role of the antichrist to a fucking tee!

I would bet that most peoples' notion of the antichrist involves a highly intelligent person who is able to manipulate just about anyone out there to do his bidding, but wouldn't it be the greatest mockery of God and his achievements to have a barely coherent blatherer do the job of unravelling civilisation?

Pontius Pilate would be proud of MAGA.
Here’s the thing and it came to me after the election. Pilate was allowed by tradition to forgive one criminal it appeared he wanted to release Jesus but the crowd insisted they wanted Barrabus (spelling?) released. Pilate essentially said “Do you want me to release this guy whose guilt is questionable or do you want me to release Barrabus a known swindler, liar and violent man?”
The crowd wanted the liar released, they basically said “No we want the liar”.
This isn’t comparing Kamala to Jesus, it is comparing the ancient crowd to current day voters. Our thoughts and desires can easily mislead us.
