wtf? Could it really be the end of the series next week? Chuck has the intersect out, he scored with Sara (well, he was a condom short) and they are tying up loose ends with the marriage and Morgan.
 
This really could be the end of chuck. Just look at this interview with the producer:

It wasn?t so much a strategy for survival, it?s the story that we wanted to do for a while, before we ever knew our ratings information. But it certainly was designed that in the third season, the show would shift and become something even bigger than what is now. There was always a way designed to, like, kick out the jams and take it to 11, in the next season. Am I being cagey in my description? But it does. It whets your appetite for what could come.

If, in two weeks, that is the last episode of the show to ever air, it will be one of the least satisfying finales of all time. Chris Fedak, the guy who created the show, said people will set their living rooms on fire.

Yeah, I think this finale is shaping up to give us a cliff hanger ending where it appears the series really is winding down but then Chuck flashes or something towards the end. Chuck didn't watch the entire clip...also (although it could simply be inconsistency in the writing, and maybe it is easier to delete than to copy) when chuck first watched the clip from the email to get the intersect in his head it lasted all night...I also wouldn't put it past Chuck's father to have programmed it to give him something else instead of taking it away, as I thought it was established that the government was planning to off Chuck no matter what once they got the intersect back or destroyed for good.


Really will be a shame to see this show end if that is to be its fate. It sucks that a show like Heroes can still be so popular still when (while I still watch and enjoy it) it feels like they've started to go in circles and get sloppy with their creativity, and even then most of it is rip offs from X-Men and other comics, and yet a show as fresh as Chuck is on the chopping block.

I would think that if NBC canned Chuck, that Fox would pick it up in a heartbeat. It's not the type of programming for CBS. ABC... Well let's face it, ABC is land of the dead.

Must have been the best day of that camera man's life filming Sarah in the last episode. "Yeah I think we need to take that shot again..." "Take 437.... ACTION"
 
If this is the last season of Chuck I may very well stop watching new TV shows altogether. I'm always hesitant to add a show because of the quick trigger to can them but gave Chuck a shot with S2E1 then immediately rented S1 just to get caught up. 🙂

I feel the same way as everyone here...so i went to NBC.com and wrote them.

We need to take ACTION people.

EVERYONE use all your email accounts! Flood the offices! Let them know you and your family watches it.

This show has not yet been canned...but its on the fence! we need to sway them. Ask for one more year.

There is a Chuck thread, but I thought on here someone who could write a script to "help" the vote along would be great.

It seems to let you vote as often as you want...but it does have that pesky checker where you have to type in a word. (in fact that link might be bad because of it)

Meh... the whole "nerd as super spy" premise is starting to get a little thin. Just finish off the series with a two hour TV movie and let it die while the show is still in it's prime.
