Anyone else catch the Godfather reference? It was so obvious it was hard to miss unless you've never seen the Godfather in which case you suck.

there are so many references and easter eggs in this show giving props to movies and such its just yet another awesome aspect that makes this show the best

A while back I saw a breakdown. It was something like:
If you figure Leno on 10-11pm 5 nights and Saturday night NBC shows reruns of its other shows you only have 13 hours of programming. Popular realitiy shows which cost little to make and are very popular take up about half so there is only about 6 or 7 hours of programming left.
Thursday is sitcom night with 2 hours of sictoms, Earl, Office, etc.
That leaves only about 4-5 hours for the rest. If Heroes is a lock to come back, then NBC only has time for 3 or 4 other hour long shows. Of which Chuck is one.

It would be a mistake for them to let go of Chuck. At this point I'd rather have them ditch Heroes and keep Chuck.

Disappointing that they're thinking of canceling it... it has such fun characters although the story could be a little better 🙁.

Despite Leno's huge salary the fact he does a couple of hundred shows a year makes it cheap for NBC.

Man, I laughed out loud at that even though I knew it was going to happen as soon as Big Mike stopped and turned towards him 🙂

If NBC kills Chuck, they will be in for a world of hurt from geeks all over the U.S.
