Chuck Patch for 6.5 drivers

Can someone give me a link or something so that I can get the Chuck Patch for the 6.5 drivers? Or will the Chuck Patch that I used for the 6.4 work?

Good question .. I havn't gotten around to upgrading from the 6.4's yet & may not bother at all because everything seems to be working fine
for me.

The XG 6.5 warcats come with all the patches built in I think.

XG? Are they better drivers? The last I knew there was the default ones you could get from ATI, then the Omega ones. Of course, the Omega ones stopped at 6.3 I thought.

Omega's are up to v6.5 on Guru3d.com (just looked now) ... no idea if "chUck" patch is built in though.... how are those XG drivers anyway?

And what exactly is the point of your statement? That HDR without AA is better because it is not supported by nvidia hardware?

wizboy11, are those XG drivers pretty good? I had a problem with the 6.5 drivers freezing my computer with everything stock. 6.3's are still my favorites, but if those XG drivers are worth looking into then perhaps I'll try them.

I have used the XG drivers with my Nvidia and they work great and look great. I can't say what they do with ATI cards , but they are a good set of modders.

Yes, according to the people over at XG 😉 (a little bias???)

But in general the IQ might be slightly better, and the XG drivers generally come out sooner than the Omega one's. Just make sure to get ATI Tray Tools too.

Edit: And I always like to say, you never know until you try. The XG drivers are normally high quality (at least the Nvidia ones are 🙂) but the ATI ones are just as good.
