Mods had a sticky a couple of weeks back saying that the next topic started on chuck norris would be locked and the OP banned.

This type of topic was not the type of topic implied when the mod said it would be locked/banned, at least the way I percieved it. I think the mod wouldn't be angry at this, considering he's asking a question about the madness, but the mod would be angry at another joke topic with Chuck as the subject.
