Well there's no excuse for anybody getting high before or during work but it happens probably more than we think. My ex use to work for a woman who use to do smack before work and at lunch time.

This is old news. If I'm not mistaken all but a couple of them have already been fired and the others suspended (there's likely some that were just hanging out and not doing anything).
