Apples to oranges.

You're right. The Maxima is waaay out of the league of this car.

Maxima is awesome, sportiness and interior space in one package. I remember a few years back the Maxima had the most overall front seat interior space of any sedan, including LS400 and Towncar.
You're so fvcking full of shlt!

97 Maxima specs VS 97 Town Car Specs

The sh!t came out of your mouth.

"Surprised to see the mid-size Maxima at the top of this list? So were we!"

This is so fvcking retarded! You sacrifice the back seat space by half a foot, and call it roomy! Typical...

So you drive the base car and bitch that it is slow. Makes sense  Let's not mention the fact that you must be a midget (or morbidly obese) and can't swing your legs over the sill.

BTW, R&T said the 300's seats are excellent for long road trips.

Finally, the idle is "rough" on the 3.5L, but no one has said it is uncomfortable, other than you.

Hmm, I'm 5'11" as previously stated and I weigh 180 lbs. Certainly a lot less than your average fat assed American car owner by far. Both my wife and I found the seats uncomfortable for drives more than 30 minutes. I don't give a flying fvck what R&T says about the seats.

The 3.5l engine in my Maxima is buttery smooth at idle and throughout the rev band. Take that and suck it hard biotch!!!

I drove up my Grandpa's Magnum to North Carolina, from Florida. He has the 4.5L(something like that) V6. Really the only problem with it I could find was steering at slow speed, like taking a left out of a parking lot, required oversteering. Other than that it was a blast to drive. LOT's of power, quiet, smooth ride, responsive at speed. You probably just got the Sh!ttiest version they sell to rental car companies.

I said front seat interior space. BTW, Maxima is very roomy in the back too. It's obviously not a livery car like the Towncar, but no complains.

I rode around in a 300 a couple months ago (rental) and it went on the "never gonna buy" list in my head.

My dad's pretty good friends with an owner and a salesman at a Chrysler dealership. I got to take a 300C out for a spin (no salesman). I'm 6'3" and I found the seats and seating position very comfortable.

The 300C is not a "sport sedan" like the Maxima and shouldn't be expected to handle like one. The 300C did handle very well though. I didn't have it on a skid pad or a road course, but on a nice back road drive on some twisties, the 300 held up very well. I think it's a great car and I'm looking forward to the SRT-8 version.

I noticed that it had a tendancy to plow straight really bad when I tried to make a quick u-turn. That may have been due to the tires it had on it but based on the poor outward visibility and the high doorsills alone I wouldn't buy it.

I still think it is overrated. I wasn't impressed at all.
