what about pain from severed limbs?!Well, technically every sensation we experience is all experienced in our head... So, yeah, the pain really would all be in your head. That doesn't make it less "real". Nor does that mean that through hindu training you can control it. Just that the brain is responsible for interpreting signals from the body to indicate pain.
