I was watching a basketball game the other day and saw that a few players were wearing some new ankle braces I had not seen before. I did some research and I think they are the Malleoloc Ankle Brace. After some reading, it seems that these are the latest in ankle brace technology.
I'm a weekend warrior chronic ankle sprainer (2 or 3 times within the last 4 years) and have gone with low tops and the Active Ankle T2 ankle brace. This combination has done me well. However, the shoes that I wear with them are getting harder, if not impossible to find, and so I need something that will fit in some mid-tops. I've tried Kallasy Ankle Braces (mainly for tennis), but they are too bulky for the mid tops and don't provide the support lace up or the Active Ankle brace gives.
I was wonder if anybody haas had any experience with them. For the price they are (around $50 each), I'd like to get as much info on them as possible. Are they hard to get into mid tops?
