chrominum vs chrome?

Unless you really want Pepper flash or the PDF viewer I wouldn't switch.

I have Pepper flash installed and Chromium uses it.

I have Chromium installed. I don't like it much, but it's there none the less. Chrome is closed source, so I prefer Chromium. I use Firefox as my main browser.

I guess I don't understand the question. I'm not sure what I'm seeing in the video. Is it 3 Firefox instances(windows) minimized? I seldom use multiple windows, and when I do, I don't get a prompt. If I close the window, it only closes that one window. The others remain. I don't think I've done that with Chromium, and never Chrome, as I don't use it.

if you pause the video the screen stays paused, you will be able to see
3 pages tabs opened in the upper corner and the XFCE blue Desktop.

That's exactly what i can't do in Chrome, if i hit the (-) minimize buttom the page dessapears
maybe that can be done but maybe have to do some conf. in the browser setting,
so far i was not able to get any info on that,
that's why Firefox and IE is the best for me and the easiest.
Well i gave Chrome a try.

Sounds like you want to disable tabbed browsing altogether, but that isn't possible with Chrome. Maybe this extension will help: New Tab, New Window

Thanks AnonymouserUser:i just discovered that the desktop that has those Tabs as shown in my video similar to IE are on XUBUNTU desktop with XFCE4 in firefox, that's what i have in my ubuntu 12.04 and xubuntu 12.04 the xfce4 xubuntu desktop,so if i change the desktop to unity in ubuntu 12.04 i lose those options too, even in firefox.
that's why when i installed the chrome i lost those tabs in both xubuntu and ubuntu, there maybe a way to get those but i think i'm gonna stick with XFCE4 What is very friendly desktop, unless some bad happens,

Also want to add that my Debian Wheezy 7.1 PPC also have those tab pages option out of the box.
