Chrome wont save passwords

I don't know why, but just randomly Chrome has decided to forget all my saved passwords, many of which i don't even remember because Ive gotten so used to this feature. Ive turned on cookies, changed it so that its offers to save passwords but nothing works.

Everytime i turn on Chrome i have to put in the password for every site that im using. When i do put the information in it does not ask me to save my passwords, meaning no yellow bar appears underneath the address bar.

Need help thanks.

You should be using Keepass anyways.

Standalone program, it's basically a way to encrypt all your passwords and only use one password to access them. That way you only have to know that one. Google it and check it out.
