I need help retrieving a chat conversation I had with a Time Warner Cable. I didn't select the option to e-mail me the conversation because I didn't think i was going to be lied to.
I just bundled my services and I was offered to upgrade my internet to turbo for $5 more a month. I couldn't do it then but I told the guy I could to it the next day. Next day I go to live chat and they told me that no such offer is available and the upgrade is now $20. they also say there's no note on my account for such a thing and that since I didn't have the chat e-mailed to me there is no way anyone could look at it.
Is there anyway to retrieve that conversation I day from the day before? The chat was in it's own window if that means anything.
Any help would be appreciated.
