Chrome browser issues? FF 64bit?

What are important tweaks, changes for someone wanting to switch to the Chrome browser? Is the privacy issue with Chrome overblown?

Does the 64bit version of FF (either the unreleased developer's version or Waterfox) solve the temporary hanging issue with flash?

Been running the x64 FF42 beta since release. Very fast and stable, defiantly more then you'd expect from a "beta" version. So far there doesn't seem to be any issues with flash, but I mostly keep it disabled however.
 
Some of the things I did to decrapify Opera:
- Download Chrome extensions addon allows using Chromes webstore for Opera
- smooth scrolling switch needed on commandline
- bookmarks addon for 1click bookmarks list
