Chrome and PDFs

Hey all,

Having some trouble with Chrome and viewing PDFs. Using Foxit Reader and Adobe Reader, I can only see PDFs in Chrome if I run Chrome as an administrator (Win 7). Anybody run into this before? I've been googling but I haven't found anything other than a mention of chrome and Foxit integration problems, but it's also happening with Acrobat so I don't think it's that issue.
