christmas carols

since its almost december, and christmas is almost here, i just wanted to know what everyone's favorite christmas carols were...

i have two, neither of which are very known or easily findable, but both are really pretty and all, so if someone wants them let me know, i can email or send it to someone to post on a website

I really enjoy Handel's Messiah, but what I really love the best is the music from A Charlie Brown Christmas by the Vince Guaraldi Trio. Every single song on it makes me feel like a kid again, in a good way.

I have some CDs of old Christmas music I enjoy listening to. Sinatra, Crosby, Glenn Miller Orchestra, stuff like that; the kind of music people sat around the radio and listened to 50+ years ago.

Personally, I prefer Ramadan carols.

In choir we sang a version of "Silent Night" once. It used most of the words, but it was set to a different melody with a new verse as a solo in the middle. During the last verse the solo and original words were put together, and it resulted in this simply beautiful song.

trp, actually, i just downloaded about 12 versions of that the other day...found my favorite to be one by the cambridge singers, although there were some really good ones by singers - jewel has a good one, and if christina would shut up in the middle of hers, it would be good! if u want the oh holy night, let me know

go for santa baby....even though santa does not exist. we killed him after a raid on the north pole awhile ago. a bunch of us OT'ers went to kill him and his silly elves. i love any and all christmas carols though...its something about them that makes u love them all.
