I actually have been meaning to post this for about two weeks now. I was in an Office Max on the 8th of this month, and I saw something that disturbed me deeply. It was in the rear of the store, but it was there, and that was enough. It was red. It was green. It was red and it was green. It had the word "Holidays" written on it. It was hideous. What's wrong with the world today isn't war in the Middle East; it isn't famine in Africa; it isn't "the lesser of two evils" voting method here in the States, it's frickin' CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS ON THE EIGHT OF OCTOBER!!! AAAAAAGGHHH!!!

<whew>

Sorry, but I had to do it. Isn't consumerism great? :disgust:

The Christmas Season is usually ushered in by those "Time-Life Treasury of Music" commercials in mid-August.

"I'm dreaming, of a white Christmas, just like the ones I used to know".
