First, I don't believe it.

Second, that could seriously rule. Bale is one of the best in years and could pull that series out of the crapper.

No. Hollywood is out of original ideas, and has been for years. They will keep making sequels and remakes until someone comes up with an original idea.

Seconded. Granted in my opinion T3 was terribly cast.It would also be weird to transition from Nick Stahl to Bale, but oh well, if they can make AVP:Requiem without any connection to the first AVP then maybe T4 can work with a totally different John Connor.

on a side note, they should have never taken away the franchise from Cameron.

They should have left it at 2. Of course, hollywood is about $ and not quality of product.

I thought the kid who played John Connor in T2 was going to reprise the role in T4.. Pretty sure it's on Wikipedia.

I think I heard that there's supposed to be a Predator/Alien hybrid that was birthed in the first AVP. So... there you go.

QFT! You can't stop Judgment Day and then make it happen anyways!

they should have left it at 2. even if they do another one, without schwarzenegger, it's not going to be even remoetly good. and somehow, i don't think schwarzenegger can take time off.

Nah, it was watchable. The special features are good too.

It certainly wasn't the abortion of a sequel that I feared it would be. While nothing in comparison to T2, it was well done and didn't feel overly cheap or cheesy.

Except for that stupid crap with the exploding power cell. As soon as they did that early on in the movie, I knew they were going to use it to beat the other Terminator.

Good. The John Connor they had in Terminator 3 looked like a wiener. I wouldn't follow him to the convenience store... Oh and they better keep a serious tone. T3 was a joke and the T-X was an even bigger joke.

McG prob won't take an all-serious tone... ever seen Supernatural? Good entertainment with some creative funny stuff thrown in.

T3 was okay. But T2 was inspired. One the greatest action movies of all time. Coming off of that, it's no wonder T3 got a lukewarm reception.
