According to the New York Daily News, Webber confided to "several close friends" following the Sixers' first-round playoff loss to Detroit that playing alongside Iverson drove him bonkers.

"I can't play with him," Webber told a friend, according to the report. "He dribbles too much."

Webber, who came to the 76ers from Sacramento in a late-season trade, also reportedly told the friend "I'd take a pay cut to get out of there."

Don't let the door hit ya on the way out Mr. Slacker. AI is 10X the man you are.

Anytime a talented player get traded several time in his career you gotta start asking yourself if he comes with baggage.

Possibly, but if he wants to go further in the playoffs, AI has to learn to work with his teammates better.

Chris Webber was probably mis-quoted ... what he really said was that he can't play with anyone because his knees have no cartilage left, and he can't jump. And that his head won't fit through his jersey anymore.

Heh, his timeout call with no timeouts left during the National Championship game was either #1 or #2 on Fox Sports Net's Top 10 Dumbest Plays.

Don't think there is much of a demand for a checkers version

Nobody can play with Iverson unless you're some scrub rebounder lucky to be the league instead of the CBA.

NBA died when Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Michael Jordan left the game. :(

Too many young punks with egos when they suck in it these days playing for money.

I'm guessing he means he doesn't pass the ball enough?
