For lying to a grand jury regarding his relationship with Michigan Basketball boosters, according to CNN TV.

The sad thing is, for all the accused wrong doing by the BBall program, they didn't even win a championship.

NCAA has some serious problems with people loaning money to college athletes.

 
$280,000 is a rather large amount of money to "loan" a college basketball player who is on scholarship. Thats not really a loan. Thats a severe extra benefits violation. Thats just ridiculous that he even took that amount of money. His career would have been over had this come out when he was still in school.

Personally Im glad. never liked him. Itd be nice if he went to jail, but itll probably end up as some exorbitant fine.
