I don't take much offense to this so I'm not going to try too hard to defend it, but Matthews comes off as being a bit loopy in this interview and the guy starts to bait him and he just goes along with it.

I think Matthew's point is that he's not going to go way out of his way to find faults with Obama the way Joe Scarborough was just doing. And he's right, this country NEEDS a successful President and unnecessary criticism from the Right will not help things.

How the hell is Fox's actual news coverage biased? Give some examples.

please tell me you're kidding.

No, I am not kidding. Cite some examples of where Fox News regular news coverage, not shows like Hannity and Colmes, is biased.
By biased, I assume the bulk of you mean biased towards Republicans, right? So what, in their regular news coverage, has been categorically unfair to Democrats and biased to Republicans?

It was Sean Hannity's job to make Bush a success, and based on his performance he should be fired.

Study Finds Widespread Misperceptions on Iraq
Highly Related to Support for War
Misperceptions Vary Widely Depending on News Source
Fox Viewers More Likely to Misperceive, PBS-NPR Less Likely

The Fox News E?ect: Media Bias and Voting

We also find a significant e ?ect of Fox News on Senate vote share and on voter turnout. Our estimates imply that Fox News convinced 3 to 8 percent of its viewers to vote Republican.

There are many more - your own personal 'confirmation bias' prevents you from opening your eyes.

If you love this country it is every one of our jobs to make sure Obama is a success.

That depends on what he wants. Obama doesn't get a pass by me. If I think a particular thing is wrong, I won't give him a blank check for success. That's what people did with Bush.

This is the same guy who said he gets a tingle in his leg about Obama. Yeah, no surprise he is a partisan hack.

That is Obama's job, not mine. Since when is it my job to make sure a presidents job is a success?

That was great. Go Chris.

Hey folks, turn the traitor Fox Slime off and boycott anything they advertise there. We need to silence the voices that seek to destroy our country. Get the FCC to shut Fox down, no?

typical liberal...doesn't fit your agenda or has an alternate pov so best to boycott and ban it.

Oh the irony - calling moonbeam 'typical'!!!

It is interesting to watch Dave transform from the ultra 'fuck the man' poster to the 'DO WHATEVER THE GOVERNMENT TELLS YOU' poster.

Dave is crazy. He is a guy who twice voted for Bush then turns around and blames the entire worlds problem on him and complains about the people who voted him in. As if his change of heart absolves him from any responsibility him twice voting for Bush.

Don't blame him too much. He's been playing his Beetle's albums backwards for hidden messages a lot recently, and it's very tiring.
