Choppy Video, Slow Games, Slow computer, etc.

Have you checked your power supply? When they start going out your system will bog down. GF2 is a bit slow for newer games.
 
The PSU is brand new Antec 430w.

The GF2 is my work computer,not the one in question, that runs faster than my GF4 ti 4200,
