Choosing b/w Gigabyte and Asus

Which board is preferable, Asus a7v133 or Gigabyte's GA-7DX. I'm asking this because they cost almost the same but Giga provides DDR-Ram whereas Asus does not. Does this mean there is some glitch or lower performance with Gigabyte as compared to Asus's features? Which board would you personally prefer on basis of performance and stability factor.
