Trying to pick one of these sale options. Any advice and recommendations is appreciated. Also I WILL NOT be overclocking.

I7 875k + MSI P55-GD85 = 439.99
I7 950 + MSI X58A = 469.99
I7 950 + MSI X58M = 439.99
I am also not sure what heatsink would be good for the processor since it appears to not be included.
Im looking to spend under 500 for a processor and motherboard. I am not limiting myself to these options but based on my research they seem to be the best bang for the buck. I am in Canada so I can only use canadian websites such as....

P.S. I know this is motherboards section but if you have any recommendation on DDR3 memory that is also appreciated.
