I am thinking about building a new rig a was looking at this case: Cooler Master SGC-2000-KKN1-GP Storm Scout ATX/MATX/ITX Mid Tower.

If it is considered a good case i would like some recommendations for a motherboard that would fit without major adjustments having to be made. I currently have an AMD chipset but would consider getting an Intel i5 or i7....can anyone suggest a good motherboard that would fit the Cooler Master case well?

Any motherboard that meets the specs for ATX or MATX should fit with no adjustments.
It's not one of my favorite Coolermaster cases, but it's not bad.
I prefer their HAF line myself.

I'd recommend you decide what processor you're going to use...then decide on the motherboard. You'll also need to decide on what video card you want because some of the larger cards may not fit in that case.

hmmm...i see what u mean....which HAF case would u prefer?

My favorite HAF case is their HAF X, but it's a B-I-G mofo...the Scout you were talking about is a mid-tower.

I have very big hands, so a large, spacious full tower case is easier for me to work in. Once everything is assembled, other than a bit more air volume, it doesn't make as much difference.

I don't know your location or what companies you'd buy from, but in the US, Amazon is often cheaper than the normal e-tailers because you can usually get free shipping...and if you sign up for the "free trial" of Amazon Prime, you get free 2-day shipping...

Here's the current Coolermaster line of cases:

I'm not a fan of their power supplies, and would buy a quality unit elsewhere rather than buy a case with PSU.
