Not trying to insight anything, and I actually have no idea if its true or not, but I tend to trust Ananadtech until thier people prove me wrong.

Here is a copy/paste of the first paragraph of Anands review of the DFI board.

.Some of the most famous Abit motherboards from the past were designed by Oskar Wu, who became an engineering legend in the overclocking community with his brilliant overclocking designs. When Oskar moved to DFI last year, it did not surprise industry insiders to see DFI emerge as a new performance and overclocking board maker DFI already was well known as an OEM manufacturer that built solid and dependable boards for others. But this new emphasis on overclocking and top performance from DFI came as a surprise to those who did not know some of the key people DFI acquired from Abit and Soyo. In the past year, DFI has built a solid reputation with the LANParty series designed for overclockers and gamers. Anyone looking for top performance and the best overclocking capabilities quickly learned to include DFI on their short shopping list.

So he does appear to be correct. And this is just my stating of the facts as I know them, they coudl be wrong, and they do not constitute me saying any one board is better then another.

What rock have you been living under? The best ABIT bios engineer LEFT Abit to go work for DFI. Ontop of that, Abits boards are less then stellar and have WEAK 3.3V rails. Worst choice for overclocking an A64.

Where are you getting your information from? If your going to insult the guy, you might want to put some facts behind your statements.. If that is the case, it wouldn't be PUBLIC record.. and unless you work for either ABIT or DFI, just hearsay.
