I have the ECS AG315T 64MB Video Card with TV-Out it has composite and S-Video out and it's perfect for DVDs/DIVX on the TV. I've tried it against my recently purchased MSI 8851 for DVD/DIVX and I think the ECS is superior for the task. Ofcourse it is a terrible gaming card compared to anything above a G2 MX200 but for 37$+13$ it's perfect for your intended use. I've tweaked the reg. with the info I found at Xbit labs SiS315 evaluation and you won't believe what this dirt cheap card can do!

Sorry for one stupid question:
Is the "composite" here same as AV input on my TV?

The composite cables are the rca audio cables. Or at least that is what I would guess.

That was a yes by the way.

Any retail geforce2 or radeon might do for you, most retail cards with tvout comes with an adapter to go from svideo to an rca cable.
Msi geforce2 ti for 90, leadtek geforce 2mx 200 for 48, to name some, but there are many more that has the connector.
And composite is the a/v cables, red, white, yellow usually.
Go to Newegg.com and type in tv out in there search area, most that come up will be what you need.
Radeons have better tv out in my experience but for movies it doesn't matter to much.
