thats a bunch of bull. it was my understanding that it was perfectly legal to sell pipes bongs and things of that nature.
its when the resin from marijuana is on them that makes them paraphenalia.

Dude he was arrested a long time ago. Today was the trial and he pleaded guilty. he has been out of jail and will be until he gets sentenced on Sept 11th.
