Sharing this because I think it is a valuable resource for people trying to understand their cholesterol better and getting worn out by the misinformation you may find online and in magazines and tv shows.

What the following podcasts discuss is the latest science on Cholesterol, the mechanisms around Cholesterol, and what impact you can have on that, including various therapies, and how well they do or don't work. The first two are led by a Danielle Belardo Cardiologist. And in the 2 part podcast she is joined by lipidologist Thomas Dayspring.

I included all of these as they build on each other. The information in the first one is used in the 2nd one. And what was in the 1st and 2nd is needed to be able to understand what is said in the 3rd and 4th one.

A lot of new science is out, and the following podcast episodes are from a Cardiologist who brings guests to talk about various Fact or Fiction things around health.
