I understand what Songsmith is, and 2 minutes in the chocolate rain video is not at all entertaining. A minute in the Billy Idol video is also not at all entertaining. I mean, is this supposed to be funny? Or are we just supposed to laugh at how lame Songsmith is? If we're laughing at how lame Songsmith is, why not just laugh at Microsoft's own videos? I haven't seen anything lamer than those.

wouldn't it be better to show it off using the style that would normally go with that song? i mean, whats the point of using something like metallica and then pairing it with polka?
