Chocolate oreos?

What do you think? I just bought some, and they taste okay. But there's no improving on the original.

Those chocolate coated oreos are just nasty (IMO)...and don't get me started on the coated White Chocolate oreos... :|

They do make the double stuff. I saw them and was tempted, but I was only willing to buy one package and wanted to give chocolate a try.

I like the new Oreo's. Nothing spectacular, but good Oreo's all around.

I learned to walk with oreos. My dad stood in the middle of the kitchen with one and held it out to me. Wanting it, I walked by myself across the kitchen to get it. After that, there was no stopping me, I was a walking machine.

You're right, the original is still the best. I haven't had an oreo in years... too much sugar, and i can't limit myself when i eat those. I almost always go through an entire bag in a sitting.

I think oreos are ok but I didn't like the chocolate ones.

But one of the best damn cookies I have ever had is those white fudge ones. I looked at nabiscos site and I couldn't find them though? are they only for christmas or something?

Any of you guys tried Oreo Ice-cream? Pretty much regular vanilla ice cream with bits of oreos in it? I normally don't like ice cream, too sugary for me, but i LOVE the oreos ice cream.

I ended up eating half my bag of chocolate oreos. Next time at the store, I'll pick up a bag of regular oreos and reduced fat oreos and do a head to head comparison.

The question is, who here dunks said Oreo in milk, and who does not? I'm not a dunker, myself.

Have not tried the new chocolate ones, I think original would taste the best.

Mmmmmmm, Oreos. I like the chocolate filled oreos. My mother-in-law makes homemade oreos. She's welcome in my house only if there are 2 dozen homemade oreos in her arms when she comes to the door.

I dunk mine in milk. Atleast until the level of milk in the glass is too low. Then I put an oreo in my mouth, drink some milk, and chew.

I haven't had an oreo in a dog's age, but what I used to do was actually put the oreo IN the glass of milk, then it would get all soggy with milk and i'd eat it...DAMNIT THAT WAS GOOD. plus it would leave little bits of oreo in the milk...yummy

I used to do that when I was little. Invariably, one or two would end up sinking to the bottom and I have a sodden mass of chocolatey sugary goodness. Now that I'm more mature, I try to keep my fingers out of the milk.

OMG don't even get us hardcore Canadians started on oreos!!! You wan't &quot;REAL&quot; Oreos???!?? You want better Oreos??? I suggest buying the box that says &quot;Mr. Christie&quot; on the label, and not the American-made ones. Mr. Christie, you make good cookies! Nabisco does NOT!! Yes, they are the same company but after eating some oreos at my aunt's new apartment down the road one day i noticed I couldn't stop eating them...they were just so tasty. I noticed her box was Canadian by origin--she had just moved from Calgary and still had Canadian oreos! She lives next to a Harris Teeter (grocery store) so I ran over and bought some American oreos and did some taste testing over the next few days. Sure enough, 15 out of 15 prefer the Canadian oreos in a blind taste test. The wafer is better, the creme is better, its just BETTER! Go get Canadian Oreos now, and write Nabisco to ask them to use the Canadian formula/baking methods here!!!
