I prefer to mix them. Chocolate milk from the carton is too thick for me. I always spike it with some regular milk to tone it down a tad.

I hate drinking milk... but chocolate milk is wonderful. Almost as good as strawberry milk.

I hate regular milk. Chocolate milk is the only way I can tolerate it.

strawberry milk REALLY hits the spot sometimes, but with any regularity it gets really old really fast. Same with vanilla milk

I prefer regular, because it's much more versatile. 2% is the sweet spot. I like chocolage as much as the next guy, but any amount more than a small glassful makes me feel like I'm going to hurl - most of it is so rich (the storebought stuff).
