<< Unfortunately, PC Chips is the only mainboard maker of the SiS 740. I'd go with the Gigabyte 7ZMMH mATX board (VIA KM133A chipset). It features the following:
1. 3PCI slots
2. 3 DIMM slots.
3. Audio
4. Video
It'll have pretty decent quality (it's Gigabyte) but will lack a lot in the performance arena. But then again, we're talking granny, right?
I have the Gigabyte 7ZMMH and I'll vouch that it's an excellent motherboard! It's got the CT5880 audio, integrated ProSavage (though I don't use it), 2 (not 3) DIMM slots, 3 PCI slots, excellent layout and excellent stability (typical Gigabyte). Enable 4-way bank interleave and 2T memory timings and you'll get above average performance for a SDRAM mobo. And I'm no granny
