the chipset fan on my a7v133 is dead.

does asus or anyone sell this part seperately? i emailed asus a while ago about it and they told me to send them my board. But sending them my board seems quiet irrational just to replace a fan. Do I even need a chipset fan? My computer seems pretty stable without it.
