As for location, the just opened one up here in Madison, WI, and there is one in Minneapolis too that I know of.

I used to eat at the Freebirds in College Station all the time. In Dallas they have Chipotle and also Qdoba, which is just as good in my opinion. But nothing beats Freebirds!
