I had chipotle yesterday. Delicious.

It's such a typical ATOT fashion for some members to get riled up about the mexican authenticity of Chipotle.

I mean get over it. It's tasty because it is.

I work in NY/NJ area, there are tons of AMAZING mom&pop burrito stands. And I crave that and Chipotle too.

I don't usually agree with Zeze, but he speaks the truth here.

I used to have burning diarrhea after eating there. I found out that it was the hot sauce they have, so I switched to a mild/medium mix and my poos are nice and cool now.

But anyway, I'm at 9 for now. A water pipe apparently broke and there's a boil water emergency going on in several counties here. The Chipotle near work was closed today, so I couldn't go.

Please, this is ATOT. Where everyone is a millionaire, hates rich people, and can't handle fast food without being on the toilet for a week.

Don't speak for everyone... I usually tell anybody who can't handle a cheeseburger without getting the shits to tell their body to stop being a bitch.

well, maybe their bodies are telling them that this fatty, greasy, sodium filled hunk of dead cow flesh isn't particularly the best thing to put inside of their pie holes? 😛

I don't like it when the burrito has chicken. I am not spending the extra for steak. The carnitas is worse than steak in the burrito, but better than the chicken. I mean, ot is better than Taco Bell, but 6.84 for chicken burrito, I think my two or three tastings is enough.

And those who buy the processed veggies or no core at all, I must laugh. Watch them make it once, and then just go do it yourself.

So I finally went to Chipotle again after seeing pics of the tacos on here.

Let me preface this that I've had Chipotle twice in two different locations each 50 miles apart years ago and wasn't impressed at all. Rice and meat was bland and haven't eaten since. This Chipotle was 400 miles away from the others where I'm visiting for work for the week. Had one previous burrito with barbacoa and one with chicken.

I got three tacos, two barbacoa and one carnitas came out to $8.25 +tax which gave me a heart attack. Insanely expensive just for three tacos but it is Chipotle which isn't cheap anyways and I wanted to try it again so I was like whatever. I got them with the hot red salsa and from the three options that was the hottest it seemed, sour cream, everything tastes better with sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. They weren't bad but the salsa wasn't that hot, seemed to have the same amount of heat as the Hot labeled sauce from Taco Bell. The sauce wasn't bad at all but thought it would be hotter. The guacamole wasn't bad either, I love guac and the meat had sauce dripping off of it but yet again I didn't really get a huge taste of the meat. Barbacoa is supposed to be super flavorful. The red salsa gave me most of the flavor. Was it bad? No, but I wouldn't want to get Chipotle for lunch if I was hungry. If someone goes during lunch for work I'd give them money but I will never go myself, mainly for the price of what you get.

QPR was terrible because you got the guac add-on, which represents a ~25% price increase by itself.
