Chinese Translation Needed

Hopefully someone can help me out. I have a good idea what the green sticker is getting at, but no clue on the red.

Thanks Mo0o. Is the "Local Express Delivery" the top 4 symbols? I'm gussing the bottom 3 is tracking number or purchase order number.

Local (the first 2 charactor)
fast or express (the 3rd one)
post (the meaning of the 4 when use combine with 3rd charactor)

you guess right, the bottom 3 is the tracking number.
But the green one, the first 2 charactor means local airplane.

First line: Local Express Delivery --> covered by mo0o
Second line: This probably simply means the name of the carrier -> means something like "People's Express".
Third line: Shipping Bill #.

If you are translating it word for word, you are going to get weird meanings.

Edit: Googling the second line yields http://www.cae.com.cn/ - China Air Express.
