Chinese 'jade rabbit' moon buggy lands on the moon and rolls off on the surface.

We need to build a bar up there. That would stimulate some interest.

I don't like the US/Russia treaty that stipulates that no one can own land on the moon. If I make it up there I'm taking a plot, and they can blow me.

For some reason, it strikes me as a toy model of a real rover. Still impressive. Props to the Chinese for making it up there.

I don't let Chinamen mow my lawn...I reserve that right for Messicans.

You already know this but it seems I must remind the members.

Zero tolerance racism.

Especially, the continued stereotyping that your posted.

Since when did extremely poor taste constitute racism?

You gonna fight them over it?

Yes, we should at least act interested otherwise they might think it was a worthless excercise.....

Our 2055 china-america solar system development pact will give exclusive rights to mine the moon to China in exchange for our rights to put a base there and mine all asteroids.

heh, Chinese attained one of the toughest scientific achievement and you see bunch of American with sour grape and their racist comments to belittle Chinese achievement.

Talk to any NASA guy and you'd see how difficult it is to actually land a complex and delicate instrument on any celestial body. It's not just the complex machine you gotta build, it's the calculation, the precision maneuver, the remote control over the propulsion to the highest accuracy, the amount of testing, and the management of the program, the scientist, the engineers, the coordination, all to accomplish one single landing.

Compare to Obama who can't even build a simple website and it's not hard to see the Chinese has been making some real improvement from their fake everything age, and American has lost of great deal since the 60s when you guys lead the world in everything.

But that's hardly surprising seeing a great deal of American hate science, math and technology, and unlike the 50s and 60s when foreign scientist were treated with respect and their skills valued, today bunch of racist American want to see every single foreigner kicked out so they can sit on their lazy butt and collect their fat salary without competition. And when it comes to anything remotely technical, those jobs are outsourced to other countries.

Face it, if American continue this route, the future of this country is not looking bright and it's not if China will ever catch up to the US, but when.

Try again China. The Russians were doing this better in the 60s.

But I'm Mexican and not offended.

Sadly, I can't find much to disagree with in this post. :'(

So.. we only landed 4 vehicles on Mars and two of which are still operational. One of which has been driving around for over a decade now.

Yeah, clearly we're falling behind.
