Hunan beef is standard for me. Used to like General Tso's, but about 95% of the restaurants use grade F meat for that.

I always order the Hot & Sour soup when trying out a new place

General Tso was a lie! He never existed... I'm chinese, so I get the real stuff, but if you're talking about restaurants, I like the seafood... Crabs, scallops, etc. Or teriyaki chicken/beef/pork.

Oh, and PF Chang's takes so long to get the food to you... There's this awesome local restaurant we have in PA that's much better. (and faster)
 
I tried Kung Pao Chicken because of the Seinfeld episode, but ever since then, that's all I get.
