The place I go to (old Szechuan) include dumplings and pot stickers in the hot pot buffet.
 
We have a few around here. Five Brothers is good on Friday, but only when the stuff is fresh from the kitchen. The Jumbo China Buffet has a huge selection. Best Chinese buffet I ever had was in Waldorf or Landover MD, can't remember the place, but I will always remember the meal. Excellent! That was like 25 years ago and I still remember. Mmmmm.
