The killings prompted calls for a boycott of Chinese products from the activist group People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals. ?We are urging everyone to actively boycott ? not a word we use lightly ? anything from China"

I've eaten dog meat in Korea a couple of times. Freaking expensive, but not bad. And who cares about PETA, they've got too much time on their hands.

Better than dying of rabies I guess. They probably had an overpopulation of freely breeding unowned dogs that would have eventually send the rabies epidemic out of control. :evil:

is it delicious?

it smells a little, and has a unique texture, kind of like when you eat goat. but the meat we paid for was premium, so it was great. it was in a spicy stew called boushingtang.

Clubbing to death? As in smash their skulls in? Sheesh, that sounds a little crude. They coulda gassed them or used poisonous darts or something. I guess they had budget-constraints - though you would have to pay me a hell lot of money for me to beat a dog to death. And I would probably pass out.

I never said the Otheranimals don't have emotions 🙂 I'm not even sure my gold fishes are crying from hunger, But hell I know my dog would.
