Chinese android tablet MID-706s won't boot

Hi I have an old tablet that won't boot. It powers on to the android guy but is stuck there. I tried the reset pin hole, the power/home/volume button keys to do a hard reset but no luck.

Are you sure that's the correct sequence for that tablet?, if it is just toss it, not worth paying to have it fixed IMO..
