chinatown in Boston....

The restaurants are closing like it is a fad.....

There used to be so many places to choose from...now selection is so low

no more Grand Chua Chua...no more 2nd Floor fast food...

what? i really like that second floor fast food place, with the papaya milk shake... i dont' know where it was thou... i was only in town for 2 days and found it by accident.

yeah...that place closed 2 years ago. They had the best juice bar.... and the fast food place got even better when another fast food place moved in. The place has been turned into condos now.

Gentrification has taken it's toll on Chinatown. However, there still plenty of great places to eat. East Ocean City for seafood. Chau Chow City for Dim Sum.

Years ago, I occationally ate in a greasy-spoon restaurant in Boston's Chinatown. Don't remember the name of the place, but it was on Oxford Street. When the Big Dig commenced, I avoided the downtown area whenever I could. The last time I was in the area, I couldn't even find Chinatown - I got lost!

there's chinatowns all over the place. i think the biggest one is still cali, then ny, then toronto? but there's always pockets of chinatown in almost every state it seems

Chinatown in NYC is great...$5 easy for a full, good quality meal. Mmm...

I just wish my college town (State College PA) had a decent Chinese restaurant. I went to what was supposedly the best one, and it was mediocre at best .

Moon Villa used to be the best, but that was years ago. Recent reviews aren't exactly stellar.
