So China is buying Euro-debt? Sounds like the Chinese are less concerned about Euro-debt and more concerned about their own currency rate vis-a-vis the euro. Although, in this case, it may be a win-win for both parties.

hey, if they want to loan us brits enough to build 50 or so nuclear stations to make enough hydrogen to fuel all the cars in the country and get rid of oil (at least as a fuel) and lower our carbon emissions, i'm all for it. hell, we'll even take the money in euros :eek:

I wonder how long and how much money it'll take for euro countries to complain about having their debt being owned by China.

real money? surely that rules out anything with a queen on it :eek:

£'s, not €'s or $'s.

It's not how they look, it's what they are worth and how stable the currency is. The last currency on earth anyone with any sense would deal in right now is $'s and after that €'s.
