I guess it doesn't matter - I'm amazed that anyone wouldn't consider "chinks" to fall under: "...abusive, vulgar, hateful,..." as outlined in the forum rules. Google the term - it's referred to as a "derogatory ethnic slur". You can google derogatory, ethnic, and slur as well. Plus you can google any other terms in those definitions that you're not familiar with. To give you plenty of time to do this, I'm giving you the week off from these forums. Uhh....if you're referring to the bill Bush vetoed in 2005, he was vetoing a bill that government funded the research. If you're going to research something, do it with a private company, more efficient, and they actually manage money if they're worth anything.

Gonna also jump into this thread to support the US research into adult stem cells and possible therapeutic uses. It's my strong opinion that research into adult stem cells is much more productive since many, many of the physiological quandries that exist with embryonic stem cells aren't an issue for adult tissue-derived stem cells.

Throw in the ethical dilemma that many have with implanting aborted embryo cells into our bodies to maintain our health, and adult stem cells start to look even smarter.

Wow, they might be ahead in one thing (embryonic stem cells), something even the founder of stem cell research (http://www.mercatornet.com/art...till_trump_embryonic/) says isn't all that great, and suddenly "Europe is way far ahead in Biotech."
