I think it's akin to calling their bluff knowing full well that they will not do anything to the US if it ends up in them being punished harder.

This is great. It's about time China used their position for good. Let Obama know they know that stimulus plan was nothing but pork and very little stimulus.

Guess they're worried about inflation.
