That thing looks like it would have issues turning even without cars under it.
Though the concept is kind of interesting they look like they are going about it the wrong way.

Either way they would probably be better off just going with an elevated rail system.

Yeah I bet those Chinese engineers just came up with the design and how to implement it without thinking of the things you people came up with. Lame.
