"Each of the glass panes is 24 millimeters thick and 25 times stronger than normal glass. "
24mm = 2.4cm = 1"

unlike the glass observation post at the Grand Canyon, this bridge doesn't seem to be monitored.

there will be some crazy that will take a hammer or pick ax to it.
and I'm guessing it wont be long b4 someone scratches/carves graffiti on the glass. 🙁

Just so we're clear, there's actually 25.4mm in an inch, not 24mm. In fact, the MKS system had redefined the meter so that there are EXACTLY 25.4mm to the inch -- by definition.

redacted, not looking for pics.

Only one I've walked on was a glass spiral stair case on a fam cruise when the Carnivale Spirit was brand new even before it took first paying passengers.

It went from the one of the bars to about 10 floors over the atrium to a dining room.

Yeah, I feel real safe walking on a bridge made of glass that cracks when someone drops a coffee mug from 3'. </sarcasm>

I think I'll have to pass on that one.

“A lot of people started to scream. I screamed out, ‘It cracked! It really cracked!’ and then I pushed the people in front of me so that we could run out of the way.”

lol This person is a little too honest. I would have left that part out or said I tried to warn people of the crack and directed the women and children off the bridge.
